To complete your application and receive your benefits, you will have to submit the following documentation:
- Photo ID - A picture or scanned copy of your valid California driver’s license
- Proof of income - A completed and signed IRS Form 4506-T AND/OR additional documentation to prove your income
- Lease or purchase agreement - A complete and signed copy of your lease or purchase agreement
- Proof of registration - Proof of temporary or permanent car registration
Reminder: This is a rebate, so you have to purchase your vehicle before applying.
